Terms and Conditions for TRAIN A BRAIN: Neuro-Calibration for Athletic Excellence

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the TRAIN A BRAIN program (“Program,” “Course,” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Course.

2. Course Access & User License

Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will receive access to the TRAIN A BRAIN: Neuro-Calibration for Athletic Excellence online course.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Course for personal use only, non-commercial use. You may not share, sell, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Course without written permission.

Lifetime Access:

Enrolment includes lifetime access to the Program materials for as long as the course is available. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Program, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time.

While we aim to provide long-term access, we do not guarantee indefinite availability due to factors such as:

  • Platform or hosting changes
  • Business transitions or closure
  • Technological disruptions or obsolescence
  • Legal or regulatory compliance requirements
  • Force majeure or unforeseen events

If any such circumstance arises, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and a solution (such as content downloads, migration, or limited-time access).

You are encouraged to download any downloadable materials made available during your access period, as future availability is not guaranteed.

Platform Dependency Disclaimer:

This Course is hosted on a third-party platform (currently Mastermind.com), and access to the Course content is dependent on the continued availability and operation of that platform. While we make every effort to ensure stable and ongoing access, we are not responsible for temporary disruptions, technical issues, or permanent unavailability caused by platform changes, downtimes, or termination of services. In such cases, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice and offer alternative access methods or downloadable versions of the material, where possible.

3. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

This Program may include integrations with or access to third-party tools and platforms such as Zoom (for live calls), Loom (for screen recordings), Notion (for planning or resources), and others. While we make efforts to ensure smooth functionality, we do not own or control these platforms and cannot guarantee their reliability, security, or availability.

By participating in the Program, you agree to the respective terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party providers

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, lessons, worksheets, audio, text, branding, trademarks, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Dr. Mirjana Durovic and TRAIN A BRAIN. You may not modify, reproduce, or exploit any part for commercial or non-commercial use without express written consent.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the onboarding process and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund by emailing [Insert email] within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to implement or complete the course
  • Change of mind after full course access
  • Coaching sessions already delivered

Digital Goods Waiver

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales of downloadable materials, PDF resources, and on-demand content are final and non-returnable once accessed. This applies even within the refund period. We strongly encourage reviewing the course outline and sample materials before purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we deem to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of the intended spirit of our satisfaction guarantee. Repeated refund claims or misuse of the policy may result in denial of future refund eligibility or termination of access. Refund requests must be submitted in good faith.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The TRAIN A BRAIN course is offered strictly for educational and personal development purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • The content, tools, and practices shared in this program are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, mental or physical condition, nor should they be used as asubstitute for professional healthcare or mental health services.
  • The Program is not licensed or registered as a medical or mental health service under the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), or any regulatory health body in the UAE.
  • Always consult a licensed physician, psychologist, or qualified healthcare provider inthe UAE before beginning any new training regimen — especially if you have a diagnosed or suspected medical or psychological condition.
  • If you are accessing this Program from a country outside the UAE, you acknowledge and agree that the Program is governed by UAE laws and is not subject to healthcare regulations of other jurisdictions. We make no representations that the Program content is compliant with healthcare or licensing laws outside the UAE. Participation in the  Program is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
  • By enrolling in this Program, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being, and waive any and all liability against TRAIN A BRAIN and Dr. Mirjana Durovic.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary.

Success in applying techniques depends on your own effort, commitment, and background. No guarantees are made regarding specific performance outcomes or results.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any abusive, defamatory, or illegal behavior in the course community.
  • Share your login or course access with others.
  • Copy or download materials except where explicitly stated.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

9. Coaching or Mentoring Services

If your enrolment includes access to individual coaching or mentoring sessions (live or recorded), the following terms apply:

  • Each session must be scheduled in advance and used within the timeline specified at purchase.
  • Unused sessions expire unless otherwise agreed.
  • You agree to arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services to individuals who violate the course’s Code of Conduct who behave inappropriately during sessions. Coaching services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or clinical care.
  • All coaching content remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Confidentiality & Community

Participation in group coaching, community forums, or live calls may involve the sharing of

sensitive information.

  • You agree to respect the confidentiality of others.
  • We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community guidelines.

11. Payment Terms

All payments for the Program must be made through our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. The base price for the Program is listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

If you are purchasing from outside the UAE, Stripe may automatically convert the charge into your local currency using prevailing exchange rates at the time of the transaction. Please note:

  • Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees, and we are not responsible for any such additional charges.
  • All pricing and billing are processed through Stripe, and by enrolling in the Program, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • We do not store your payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Coupon Codes and Promotional Offers:

  • From time to time, we may offer coupon codes or special promotions. These are validonly for the time and conditions explicitly stated during the promotion.
  • Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Only one coupon code may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discount, coupon, or promotional offer at our sole discretion without notice.
  • Coupon codes have no cash value and are not transferable or exchangeable.

Recurring Payments and Subscriptions:

Some products or services associated with TRAIN A BRAIN may be offered through recurring payments or subscription models. By enrolling in such an offering, you authorize TRAIN A BRAIN (via Stripe or another authorized payment provider) to automatically charge your selected payment method at regular intervals as defined at the time of enrolment.

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting support. Payments already processed will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to manage your billing preferences and ensure payment information is accurate.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy (see Section 7). If you have questions about currency conversion, coupons, or billing details, please contact your card issuer or Stripe directly.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Mirjana Durovic and TRAIN A BRAIN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Program.

We do not guarantee that the Course or platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. We are not liable for issues related to the performance, downtime, or security of third-party platforms such as Mastermind.com or payment providers such as Stripe. While we strive to maintain a seamless user experience, technical disruptions or outages are beyond our control. In such cases, we will act in good faith to provide support, alternative access methods, or updates when available.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Program or these Terms — including but not limited to disputes relating to the validity, breach, interpretation, or termination thereof — the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless otherwise required by specific free zone regulations (e.g., DIFC Courts), in which case such jurisdiction shall apply.
  • If you are accessing this course from outside the UAE, you are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this Program and use of its content is in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief through UAE courts to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, and brand reputation.
  • In the event a dispute, claim, or controversy cannot be resolved through negotiation or informal resolution within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the United Arab Emirates under the applicable Arbitration Law. The arbitration proceedings will be held in English, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not preclude either party from seeking interim injunctive relief through the UAE courts to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Affiliate Disclaimer

Some materials recommended within the TRAIN A BRAIN Program — such as books, platforms, tools, or resources — may include affiliate links. This means that if you choose to make a purchase through these links, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products or services that we personally use, trust, or believe will add genuine value to your experience. You are under no obligation to use affiliate links when making a purchase, and all recommendations are made in good faith.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after

changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any additional policiesor notices presented at the time of purchase or use, constitute the full and complete agreement between you and TRAIN A BRAIN. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the Program.
